Video Clips for South Phoenix Oral History Project
As I finished out week two I edited video clips for Dr. Brian Murphy and for Laura Pastor. Brian Murphy is an instructor and coach at South Mountain Community College and Laura Pastor is a Councilwoman for the City of Phoenix District Four.
During Laura Pastor's interview she goes over the history of
South Phoenix and how her family had a big part in the history of South
Phoenix. She talks about growing up with a family who were deep in
politics and how that affected her later in life
Dr. Brian Murphy explains his move to Phoenix and what he's experienced since moving to Arizona. He goes on to talk about his time at South Mountain Community College and what he thinks will happen to South Phoenix in the future.

ReplyDeleteI find the idea of an oral project pretty fascinating. What is this project actually about? What are you hoping to accomplish about mentioning South Phoenix?
